Merchants Foodservice holds first Night and Day Trade Show

Merchants Foodservice held its first ever 2 day trade show with both P.M. and A.M. show hours. The show was held at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, AL on July 27th and July 28th.
Customers were given the opportunity to sample over 1000 foodservice products from 150 vendors while enjoying live entertainment and a chance to network with industry peers and educate themselves on what is new in their trade. Both days were filled with fun and excitement as customers learned about creative ideas for their menus and ways to increase their profitability in this challenging economy.
